To keep this short and sweet, I'm just going to answer a few questions which should answer all of your questions. I know I selected five stars for all catagories above but NuBlue really deserve it. I visited their office on several occassions in the duration of my site being designed, and was facinated with how professional the sites they design are. You only have to take a look at some other sites they have created, such as their own which they won an award for, and the ones listed on their website. Anyway, the questions:

What kind of relationship you had with your web designer, did you communicate frequently?

Yes definatly. As I said above I visited the office on several occassions, as well as speaking over the phone frequently.


How much did they take into consideration your requests?

When I first went to them in order to have my site designed, they asked me for lots of information such as what the site needs to do and what it needs to display etc. They then drew up some previews for me with a quote I confirmed that they were good to go and that was it. Within four days I got a phone call and I took a look at my site on the web!


How much did you feel part of the process? Did they keep you informed about what was going on?

Yes pretty much. To be honest I just wanted a site designed, quick payment and then finished. But I am adament that if you requested to be well informed then your request would be met.


Did they explain technical elements to you when requested?

I didnt ask to be quite honest. I have resonable ICT skills but when it comes to web design I'm really not to hot on the subject.


Were you happy with the end product?

Yes. My site hasnt gone live on the web yet, hense why I haven't provided a link as yet. I am just getting a brouchure request form inserted however when done I will post a link.


Did they do something exceptional that you didn’t expect?

Well yes. I went to lots of web design offices and this one was really well kitted out. As well as computers there is also two big leather sofas in front of a plasma TV which was great for planning a site and viewing it after.


Did they handle any complications well?

There wasn't any complications so I can't really answer that one.
