WWDC: What's your business philosophy?
NovusDesigns: ”We are focused towards small businesses and individuals. The design of your website needs to be suited to your own style - something we believe can be achieved by working in an informal atmosphere.”

WWDC: Describe how your team interact and work together.
NovusDesigns: ”Each client is assigned a designer who will become their permanent contact point. As the designer and client work together, the designer will become accustomed to the styles and tastes of the Client, resulting in a higher-satisfaction rate. Each member of our team is able to work independantly and we therefore have very little management - we're all experienced enought to know how to work.”

WWDC: What makes you different from other web design companies?
NovusDesigns: ”Our informal attitude and flexability. Because we are small, and aim for small companies, we are able to work to your requirements - there are no rigid frameworks or packages - you can get exactly what you want. Because you'll always be in contact with the same person you always feel comfortable with us...it really does make a difference.”

WWDC: How do you get the majority of your business?
NovusDesigns: ”Thanks to our friendly style, many of our clients will keep using our services and will often refer friends or family to us too. Alot of our new clients come from advertising on sites such as this one too!”

WWDC: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
NovusDesigns: ”One designer handles your entire project. Once online and working we will trasfer all logins to you.”

WWDC: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
NovusDesigns: ”Both PC and Mac”

WWDC: How was your company name chosen?
NovusDesigns: ”The word 'NOVUS' is Latin for 'fresh' - something we feel describes the way we want to take our services.”

WWDC: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
NovusDesigns: ”Have a picture in your mind and ask yourself - "how does this help my customers". Quickly scribble it on some paper and send it over! It is important to look from the perspective of your customer - assuming they know nothing about you.”
