We approached Northern Lab without a great deal of knowledge or understanding about website design or IT. We had reservations about the whole process, having had a bad experience in the past, but they quickly became an instrumental part of our business strategy.
Our faith was restored thanks to their friendly, constant help and advise. Their communication is excellent, always checking that we understood the implications of the options they presented to us, and they tailored their service to suite us perfectly.
Northern Lab engaged us throughout the process and we are very happy with the end result. They helped us with our IT needs and we are now waiting for the right business conditions to launch our brand new website which they designed.

We approached Northern Lab to implement our Tourism '07 Web site within a very tight timescale and were delighted at the level of enthusiasm and commitment we received. The initial phase of the project allowed only one week to migrate our printed Tourism Guide and additional information to the Web for demonstration and the guide's launch day. Northern Lab delivered and the demonstration was a resounding success. The remaining stages of the project were also presented to us absolutely as describe in the project documentation.
Northern Lab delivered the entire project on-time and on-budget at a very competitive rate, exceeding our expectations given the timescale of the project.
