We did not have any specific ideas in mind at first but Northern Lab gave us a wide range of ideas and we were able to develop a few logos until we got to exactly what we wanted.
They are extreamly helpful and very quick in getting back to us when we needed them.
Their pricing is very very reasonable and we would have been happy to pay more for the service we received.
When we decided on the logo we wanted they helped apply it to all of our documents and kept everything very simple (i'm not the most technical minded person when it comes to computers) so the transfer went ahead quickly and easily!
Would reccommend this company 110%!!

I've received excellent ongoing personal service from my first meeting with Northern Lab. Their design ideas are very exciting and I love the colours and different options available to use. They've kept up regular contact and gentle encouragement when I've been slow at getting the content together. We changed our Hosting provider because we needed to do more with our website. We chose Northern Lab because it provided better features that the bigger hosting companies as well as providing far better customer help. Once we changed to Northern Lab hosting, all the technical details regarding our site were answered immediately, whenever we telephoned the engineer. Whatever the problem, someone knowedgeable was at the end of the telephone ready to sort things out. Transfering our domain from our previous host to Northern Lab was totally trouble free as Northern Lab did everything. They made the whole process seem easy which even included setting up our own domain blog account. Having our own dedicated blog is not easy and our previous host couldn't help us at all. Northern Lab made it easy and we are now confident we can run a multifunction, interactive website.
Northern Lab are a pleasure to work with; fast, reliable, and have an ability to explain details of the process in a way that even I can understand! We were in constant communication with Lucas Emmins throughout the design of our website, and he just made the whole experience hassle-free.

During the development of the RAM Coaching website there was a close working relationship with Lucas from Northern Lab. We were looking to create an image appropriate to coaching, which is a difficult concept to represent. We were also looking for an innovative and modern approach to the design.
The final site provides an excellent graphic approach, which I believe is very differnt to the competition. I have already received excellent feedback from visitors to the site, and expect that this will be reflected in new customers for the buisness.

When I recently established my food consultancy business I approached Northern Lab to develop a professional website which provided a clear image and easily understood information. They took time to listen to what I wanted and worked in consultation to develop the structure and content of the website.
