They communicated with us through out the project by telephone and email and we had several face to face meetings.
Really brilliant working with Lucas at Northern Lab. He listens and produces ideas that work well and is flexible and facilitates good ideas and developments from the client. We really like what Northern Lab has done for our us, the website is clear, stylish and very very useable. We have had
great feedback from our users who all say they love it!
We changed our Hosting provider because we needed to do more with our website. We chose Northern Lab because it provided better features that the bigger hosting companies as well as providing far better customer help. Once we changed to Northern Lab hosting, all the technical details regarding our site were answered immediately, whenever we telephoned the engineer. Whatever the problem, someone knowedgeable was at the end of the telephone ready to sort things out. Transfering our domain from our previous host to Northern Lab was totally trouble free as Northern Lab did everything. They made the whole process seem easy which even included setting up our own domain blog account. Having our own dedicated blog is not easy and our previous host couldn't help us at all. Northern Lab made it easy and we are now confident we can run a multifunction, interactive website.
Northern Lab are a pleasure to work with; fast, reliable, and have an ability to explain details of the process in a way that even I can understand! We were in constant communication with Lucas Emmins throughout the design of our website, and he just made the whole experience hassle-free.
Northern Lab have been super helpful to us. We wanted a website but we didn't really know how to go about it. After talking to the guys at Northern Lab we came away with a sense that we had a clear direction for our site. They helped us with many aspects of our branding as well as the site. Their hard work and dedication has helped us invaluably and we would not be achieving the level of success we are without them. They are not just a design company, they are miracle makers.
They communicate well and they listened to all our ideas. I would recommend them to anyone!
During the development of the RAM Coaching website there was a close working relationship with Lucas from Northern Lab. We were looking to create an image appropriate to coaching, which is a difficult concept to represent. We were also looking for an innovative and modern approach to the design.
The final site provides an excellent graphic approach, which I believe is very differnt to the competition. I have already received excellent feedback from visitors to the site, and expect that this will be reflected in new customers for the buisness.

When I recently established my food consultancy business I approached Northern Lab to develop a professional website which provided a clear image and easily understood information. They took time to listen to what I wanted and worked in consultation to develop the structure and content of the website.
They tailored the product to meet my needs as these developed, whilst proposing alternatives images and structures from which I was able to select. They were always quick to respond to my comments in a positive way and I have felt an ownership of the process throughout. Whilst my ideas changed during the process they remained patient and helped me understand how I could use the site to communicate my message.

I found that all of the staff at Northern Lab were extremely helpful and very creative. After giving them quite brief indications of the type of website that I required I was amazed that in just two days everything was ready to go live. I was very happy and as soon as I saw the website design I thought it was absolutely brilliant!
