Reviews
Building our website with Netuxo was a good experience. Their original suggestions were sensible and practical as this was not a project they were starting from scratch they adapted well. Communication was good, their committment was complete. The end result is very pleasing, it works well, we have had lots of compliments and their after sales service has been excellent.
We had a good relationship with Netuxo, who were our web builders. They communicated with us as regularly, as we required. However, if they were busy or we had an urgent item we could always catch them by phone straight away, every time.
They responded to all our requests with good, professional suggestions.
They made enormous effort to ensure that we were part of the process at every stage.
They may have occasionally explained using jargon, but always interpreted complicated terms into language that we could understand.
Yes, we were very happy with our final web site.
The only exceptional and not anticipated problems we faced were the level of glitches and errors after the sandbox web site had been released to us. We would have hoped their testing and proofing of the sandbox would have reduced these errors.
They dealt with all complications exceptionally well.
Netuxo are a very friendly and efficient web design and build company. I like their political ethos, which is very much build around the idea of peace and non-violence. They have a strong ethical code, and they choose their clients on that basis as much as their clients choose them.
The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to deal with. They are a co-operative that maintains the ethics of the co-operative tradition and i would happily recommend this company to anyone looking for friendly and helpful web design.

A real peasure to work with. This was my first experience of designing a web site from scratch and they guided me through the process from start to finish, and were very flexible in accommodating last minute revisions. I will continue to use them to further develop the site.
Netuxo did a great job on our web development. They acquired a clear understanding of what we wanted and worked with us to ensure it was feasible within our budget. They completed all their parts of the work to time and we're flexible enough to work around constraints at our end. They've also provided brilliant support since completion. I'd thoroughly recommend them!
Ethics and a commitment to peace and social justice being at the core of my personal and professional life, it was really great to find this company to design, build and host my website. Spin and jargon, being standard currency within the IT sector, was minimal and I got useful and sound advise and guidance. Initially, I didn't find the Drupal frontend easy to use but with patient and prompt help from Netuxo support problems, mostly of my own making, were quickly solved. This company is highly professional and is to be recommended on all accounts.
We had a great expereince working with Netuxo. Although we had a limited budget, they managed to stretch it as far as it would go, and created a site that has been working for us for a number of years now.
From the initial design process down to after-care, the staff at Netuxo provided a wonderfuly supportive and caring service.
In an age of mass companies, and terrible customer service, it has been a pleasure working with them on this website.
It is also refreshing to see a company that takes an ethical stand on the work they do, and this really helped us in making the decision to work with them - but we're very happy we did!
Thoroughly recommended... :)

Netuxo were a dream in terms of customer service and support. They accommodated our requests by researching various options, presenting those options to us, and then if we still didn't know, they would make a recommendation and explain in easy to understand English their suggestion. One thing that we have appreciated most about Netuxo is their quick attention to snags or areas of the website that break down. During the past year we've used our website to archive documents and information for a course we are running and when --for whatever reason-- files wouldn't upload or areas of the website would disappear, they responded very quickly to recover and fix those problems. They were also great help when we migrated our website from one host to another. We're very happy with our website. We think it's easy to use and it meets our needs.
