I would not hesitate to recommend Net-Fusion to anyone. They were always just a phone call away no matter how big or small my querie I felt I could get in touch with them. They kept me up to date with the progress of my website and explained things in a way I would understand. Starting a new business is very daunting but it was made easier having someone you can trust and rely on at hand. I contacted Nut-Fusion and asked them to take a look at my website, which I had become unhappy with.
Steven, from the company emailed back within 24 hours and offered different solutions as how to improve my site. I liked what he had to offer so set up a meeting to discuss the options. At the meeting it was mutually agreed that Steven would build a new site. After a detailed question and answer session he left with the relevant info and set to work. During the next couple of days Steven sent me several different designs for me to comment on, throughout this process I was encouraged to choose what I liked (and what I didn't like) from the different designs. Each of the designs was unique and I was able to pick out exactly what I wanted. A couple of complications cropped up, one being that my hosting company was reluctant to release my domain name. However, somehow Steven managed to transfer it over so the website could go live on the promised date. The result of all this is a website that I am delighted with. Not only am I happy I am getting some fantastic feedback from people who have viewed the site. Steven has installed a website tracking system so that I can view how many hits the site has received and also a website editor to enable me to make changes to any promotional offers I may be running. Both of the afore mentioned were things I, myself could not do on my previous site.

the website designer steven took all requests into considerstion and ran all ideas by me for my considerstion. steven spoke to me jargon free so i could understand everything. i was very happy with the final outcome and it was delivered before deadline dates. there were a few complications with dvd footage that i wanted on the website but steven changed the format so they were able to be used and i was very please with the end result.

Great personal communication at all times. Happy to accommodate any requests as to style and ease of using the site, especially as our web site is for young people. Very easy to get along with staff, and I dont feel an idiot if I have to ring and check something about the site updates etc. The final product is better than expected, our members love it, and they say its one of the best Young Farmer sites in the UK!! We are really happy with the site net fusion has provided for us. We just told them the basics of what we were after and the sort of feel we would like the site to have and they came up with something we were really happy with. We were given different options and choices and net fusion happily added or changed anything we asked for. They gave us good advice on what worked well and looked good and the web designer was very helpful and friendly. They were quick to respond to our contacts and we feel confident that they will be there to offer support in the future if we need it, which isn't something offered by every company out there. We would heartily recommend the skill and expertise of net fusion.

Net-Fusion were excellent from start to finish and their support has been on-going even after the project completion.
They were forthcoming with ideas in the design phase of the project coming up with numerous creative ways to fulfil our objectives as an organisation. They offered some inspired design choices and were patient, supportive and always ready to talk right the way through the project.
