”Detail, detail and more detail. We set out carefully what will be completed and when. We make sure that EVERY deliverable is accepted and we make sure that everything is fine as we go along.”

If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
MS Internet Ltd.:
”A relationship with a web design company can be long and you will often work collaboratively so it is important to feel comfortable with them. Check the standard of their work obviously but go with the one you feel most comfortable working with.”

Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
MS Internet Ltd.:
”We are (Sept 2009) 18 months old now. Already we have become a force to be reckoned with in our areas. I would like to see us becoming internationally recognised to be a desirable company to work with on all scales of project.”

Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
MS Internet Ltd.:
”It is brilliant that anyone can download a copy of dreamweaver and make a website. This gives a really low barrier of entry in to the industry but it does make it very hard to find really good companies from the masses. I think that some accreditation is needed.”

If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
MS Internet Ltd.:
”Remember that you care a million times more about your website than anyone else (except us maybe). Don't assume that people will just flock to the site, you have to give them a good reason and drive traffic and awareness actively.”
