Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: Every client is individual and has their own needs. Every business should have its own identity. We only provide custom web designs, and never use templates because of this.

A: Relaxed, friendly and professional.

A: Our team of two work effectively together with complementary skills in order to bring a fusion of design, development and great content.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We do not believe a website should exist apart from the rest of the web. So we build sites based on SEO principles, whether we take on the campaign or not.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Business Networking but more is coming through social media and natural search results now.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We offer a free consultation process so will arrange to meet the client face-to-face at no cost to the prospect. Once an estimate and contract is agreed, we stay in close communication with the client, sending previews and drafts so that we develop in a way they are happy.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Good, open, face-to-face communications.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: By balancing them with the rest of our client base, carefully managing time and planned work.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Ensure, apart from price, that you can work with the people who are quoting for you. It is more important to be 'on the same wavelength' than it is to save a few pounds.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: We hope to see our business well established in the Inverness area with more employees, offering a wider range of services. We'd like to think a second office is achievable as well.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: That changes every passing month. People talk about a mobile-only market, yet computers/laptops are still going strong. The industry must stay flexible and continue to be aware of who they are trying to serve in order to provide the best possible service.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: Due to historical reasons it was based around my name! However it's a brand name which is now becoming known.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Don't let it get old. Keep your content fresh, do something each month and build community through social media to keep awareness high.
