Reviews
by Tracy Crowther at University of Kent, Kent Innovation and Enterprise
kentroundone.co.uk
Andrew Davison (Move Ahead) has been invaluable in helping with the design of the new RoundOne student enterprise site, and always let me know what was happening and answered all my queries in very clear, jargon free way. I am very happy with the final site and with all the back up support. In particular, I am very excited about the new ideas to promote and market the site which Andrew has suggested, he is very knowledgeable about new ideas and has great enthusiasm for the RoundOne project.
I was really happy with the process from start to finish. Move Ahead Design worked with us to completely overhaul the look and feel of our website. and did a great job. Since re-launch we have had nothing but positive feedback and we are looking forward re-entering the Guardian Media Awards this year. Their approach to customer service was top notch and they were happy to cater to our ever request to get the site perfect even when we were changing our mind on a daily basis.
Once again we have received outstanding service from Move Ahead Design. Our site had been in need of an overhaul for some time and they took a demanding brief and a tight deadline and turned around something that the whole team has been happy with. We are certainly looking forward to working with them to re-vamp the website for inQuire the student newspaper.
My experience of using Move Ahead Design Ltd has been extremely positive. Aside from working closely with myself to ensure that all of my ideas for the design of the website were actioned, I continually received updates on the progress of the work, and more importantly, suggestions for improvement, which more often than not were taken up. The account management side was equally good, with the reassurance always present that if I had a problem or needed advice/guidance, it would be there for me.
The whole process of design and implementation was (mercifully for me), explained in such a way that I could understand how everything was being put together. I don't think in our working relationship I have had any cause to be dissatisfied with their work, in fact to the contrary, it has been extremely reassuring to work with such helpful and reliable people. The work itself has been first rate, exceeding my expectations, and their network of contacts has proven to be invaluable. I couldn't therefore recommend them highly enough
We worked well with Move Ahead Design. We had direct contact with our account manager as well as the designer working on our project meaning the whole thing went very smoothly, and we knew what was happening at every stage of the project..
We knew what we needed from the site but wern't sure how to achieve it. Move Ahead Design helped us from the very start and with their guidance we decided to opt for a custom Content Management System for the site. They then developed several designs for the site and were very generous in allowing us to suggest changes to the design.
Overall we were very happy with the outcome and so far the site have been easy to use. We've not had any problems yet but they have promised to be on the end of the phone if there are any!
