At the start of the project they helped us to fine-tune our marketing messages in a way that they said would work best on the web. They were able to underatsnd what we wanted to say and what kind of customers we wanted to target. This was the major problem we had with previous web design comapnies.
The project was managed well; the process ran as 3 parts; planning and design, build and test, go-live and marketing. Although this seemed to work well in the end, they did require payment in advance for each step of the process.
We are extremely please with the final outcome (www.millennium-chauffeurs.com) and have more than doubled the number of sales leads that we are getting from the site.
This company helped me greatly with the design of my website. Not only did they make everything easy to understand, without using the mumbo-jumbo you usually get from tech people, they helped me to grapple with the world wide web in a way that provides me with the knowledge I need to further my online business. They advised in a way that helped me to develop my ideas for my new website, rather than discard my ideas altogether. I was extremely happy with the entire process and especially so with my new website. The team at MintTwist are a delight to work with and I will definitely plan to work with them again in the future, as well as recommend them to friends and business partners.
