WWDC: What's your name and position in the company?
Mimo Media: Managing Director

WWDC: Describe your company in 5 words.
Mimo Media: Geeky stuff in plain english

WWDC: What makes you different from other web design companies?
Mimo Media: We have a broad range of experience in business, sales, marketing and customer service; which coupled with our extensive expertise in web development and online marketing mean we can actually look at websites as part of the bigger picture, rather than just a standalone products

WWDC: How do you get the majority of your business?
Mimo Media: Mainly business networking, word of mouth and referrals

WWDC: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
Mimo Media: Communication - without question!

WWDC: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
Mimo Media: Check out their portfolio, read their testimonials, contact their clients if that's feasible, but ultimately all of the technical know-how in the world is useless if you can't work together - so best thing is to pick up the phone, arrange a meeting, and see whether you connect

WWDC: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
Mimo Media: PC

WWDC: How was your company name chosen?
Mimo Media: A colleague in a previous company would always call me "Mimo" - now, I'm supposedly a reasonably intelligent guy, but it took me over 6 months to figure out why... it's the first two letters of my first and last name MI-ke MO-rrison...

WWDC: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
Mimo Media: Don't allow your expectations to be over-inflated; a website is just a tool in your marketing arsenal - one full of potential, yes - but still just a tool, and it needs to be utilised properly in order to be truly effective
