Savile Group plc is an AIM listed business within the talent management and career transition market. Savile Group plc grows through acquisition of companies that operate with the same quality values as existing Savile Group plc member companies. Currently there are three businesses in the Savile Group. Fairplace, Cedar Talent Management and iDDAS. Each has its own identity. Savile approached Milton Bayer to pitch for an identity project which would ultimately see all the brands including Savile Group plc changed. In actual fact, Savile Group plc didn’t have a brand, this would have to be created from scratch.

Global beauty retailer Avon Cosmetics has recently joined forces with Milton Bayer, to create a multi-lingual microsite to be used across their European markets to promote and sell their new product range; Avon Smooth Minerals. The microsite; which has been both designed and built by Milton Bayer was developed to allow for the language variations across the 20 European countries taking the site. These include Greece, Russia, Sweden and Turkey. By creating one template for the site, this ensures a consistent creative message across all countries, essential to a smooth launch across a number of markets.
