We found Mike very easy to work with - he was very patient regarding our lack of knowledge and awareness of web design and the number of changes we wanted. we found him to be speedy in his responses to the work and our requests and would turn things around in 24 to 48 hours.
Mike was very helpful with suggestions and ideas, but also listened to what we wanted. The end result was an updated website which we are really pleased with - especially the home page which was Mike's ideas!
