I contacted Medden Website Design knowing virtually nothing about what was required to create my own website. Clare listened and quickly understood exactly what I needed from the site to suit my own particular business. She came up with a great design and a website that functioned exactly how I wanted it to in terms of layout, search, useability etc. Clare also suggested a number of additional ideas which I had not thought of and these are now key features of my site.
The whole process was very clear and straightforward from start to finish and the end result is a website that is beyond my wildest expectations when I started. All in all, I cannot praise Medden Website Design highly enough and would strongly recommend anyone wanting to build a website to contact them.

I have a great relationship with both Simon and Clare both have gone out of there way to help me with my site.
Many many tweaks to the back office have been done, just to make my business run smoother
and free up my time.
Nothing was too much trouble for them. They have both gone the extra mile on this.
All changes made were discussed and my views listened too some of my ideas worked, some didn't,
but they always found an alternative option that worked.
As a final result my leads are now automatically distributed to where i need them to go

While the website was being designed the company and ourselves communicated frequently. They took our requests into consideration and delivered what they could within our budget and explained the additional cost involved if they went ahead with certain requests which allowed us to reevaluate the need for these. We were made a part of the process and kept informed at every stage. We were extremely happy with the end product and technical elements were explained if needed.

Although this is a very new company they are very professional. Their terns & conditions are clear and easy to understand. They offer advice on what works well on a website. Any changes are turned around within 24 hours and an email is received to advise when change has been made. Medden Web Design offer a first class service from day of contact.
My website was created just how I wanted it, my colour scheme and my wording.

I never believed that I would get just I required for such a small fee.

I am happy in knowing that if I require any changes to be made that Medden will do these as soon as they can and to the same standard as the rest of my site.

The turn around for creation was very quick and I was asked to apprive the site numerous time before it went live.
