”We set up and initial meeting to run through the clients brief and then given them some ideas as well. We like to think of this as a brainstorming meeting. Once contracts are signed we then start work on 1st draft. We keep the client informed by email and phone of progress and after 1st draft is complete we send it to the client to look through then arrange a meeting to discuss. From there we usually work via email or phone and then work on all changes etc until the job is complete. On completion the client pays the remainder of the costs and design sign off is completed.”

”I am honest with my clients and to this date I know my clients stay with me because of my honesty. If a client is demanding then they have every right to be because this is their project but if they are being unreasonable I will talk to them and ask the right questions - usually there is an underlying reason that a client is worrying about etc.”
