Lime Chilli Media Ltd: We aim to provide a range of services to all client types. We handle the tiniest of jobs to large publishing contracts. Our array of services ensures that no matter what the clients needs, we can step-up and deliver.

WWDC: Describe your office environment.
Lime Chilli Media Ltd: A small office, keeping costs low to ensure that the charges to clients are at a minimum.

WWDC: Describe how your team interact and work together.
Lime Chilli Media Ltd: We are a team of professionals with our own specilist areas ensuring that no matter the clients needs we can deliver. We work with the same aim, to deliver a cost effective, reliable and professional service.

WWDC: What makes you different from other web design companies?
Lime Chilli Media Ltd: We listen to what the client wants. We will deliver what is required, not what will achieve the larger invoice.

WWDC: How do you get the majority of your business?
Lime Chilli Media Ltd: Word of mouth mostly. We do strategic mailings to local businesses and publish our work and testimonials online. We are transparant and clients can see this before picking up the phone.

WWDC: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
Lime Chilli Media Ltd: We have a comprehensive in-house system tracking all stages of the job until the client is completely satisfied.

WWDC: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
Lime Chilli Media Ltd: Listening.

Lime Chilli Media Ltd: Every client is different. All client demands are taken seriously and we endeavour to fulfill all of our clients wishes. This is the strategy of good business.

Lime Chilli Media Ltd: I woud suggest going for the company that most meets their needs, not only in terms of cost, but in providing the right products and services for their needs.

Lime Chilli Media Ltd: The web design industry is fundamental to new and growing businesses. I can only see the demand for this growing and strengthening year on year.
