I would highly recommend Lampshade marketing to any of my professional acquaintances.

After trying to create a web site on my own to keep the costs of starting my new business I decided that it would be prudent to find a professional with an eye for detail and style. Lampshade marketing made it seem so
easy to create a web site that really works!

There were no complications at all, it seemed as though what I wanted was created so quickly and my brief was understood.

Any changes to the web site have been done so quickly which is a great help as I could then watch it being built and then with very professional advice tweak the site into just what i had imagined and needed.
I now feel very proud to ask possible clients to look at my site, and it works!

The entire process was very quick, slick, professional and very reasonably priced.

Matthew who built the site for me seemed to be on the same level and made the slightly nerve racking process a pleasure.

We're delighted with the website delivered for us by Lampshade Marketing. They produced a quality look and feel to the site, and did so with a minimum of fuss. We found working with them to be very straightforward. The talk in plain english and were happy to clarify any areas of uncertainty for us. Initial teething troubles were quickly resolved and post-launch they have continued to provide guidance and support when required by us.

Overall a stress free experience for us and a website we are very proud of - all at what most would regard as a fair price.

Lampshade Marketing offered me a great personal service, fast development of my site and a really stylish result tailored to my brand which I was able to select from a number of presented concepts. I was delighted with the gallery pages which were perfect for my photography business, and the training to allow my to update this myself in future for total flexibility. A very competitive price too - I'd definitely recommend them.

WWDC: What's your name and position in the company?
Lampshade Marketing: Matt Boseley - Head Honcho

WWDC: Describe your company in 5 words.
Lampshade Marketing: Dedicated, passionate, funny, creative, busy

WWDC: What's your business philosophy?
Lampshade Marketing: Make sure you give the client more than they expected.

WWDC: Describe your office environment.
Lampshade Marketing: Relaxed and friendly. The more people can relax, the more creatove and innovative they can be.

WWDC: What makes you different from other web design companies?
Lampshade Marketing: We are young, fresh and quite small. This means that we are agile and can make changes quickly. We're not hung up on legacy systems and all have a Marketing background and qualification.

WWDC: How do you get the majority of your business?
Lampshade Marketing: Through Search engine optimisation and referals. Referals are great. It means that we've done a good job.

WWDC: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
Lampshade Marketing: We're all PRINCE2 qualified, but mainly we go with the flow. We get it done on time. Every time

WWDC: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
Lampshade Marketing: Listening to them. We don't create websites that inflate our ego, we create sites that the customer likes.

WWDC: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
Lampshade Marketing: Experience. We've been doing this in much larger companies for over 10 years. We can bring that experience into Lampshade Marketing work. Choose on experince, and ultimately price. Never the cheapest, but don't get ripped off.

WWDC: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
Lampshade Marketing: With a huge portfolio of Micro SME's, all happy and refering!

WWDC: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
Lampshade Marketing: There has been a growth in CMS systems and people doing it themselves. While there is a benefit to this, I think that you'll see SMEs coming back around to asking for help. I couldn't plaster a wall, so I get in the experts.

WWDC: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
Lampshade Marketing: Both PC and Mac

WWDC: How was your company name chosen?
Lampshade Marketing: Lots of people ask me this. I'd been thinking of branching out for 4 or 5 years uptil I plucked up the courage to do it. Back then, I just thought of it. It has no relevance to anything! I just love our logo!

WWDC: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
Lampshade Marketing: Keep it fresh.
