Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Home based study, covered in gadgets, books and music. Very relaxed and peaceful.

A: We have a web designer, Adam, who designs the initial site. He then passes it over to myself where I slice it up, code it etc until it is in a position to go live.
Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Our pricing strategy is something I've never seen before when it comes to web design. We'll also go the extra mile to ensure the customer receives what they had in mind. Like a tattoo, we won't rest until the client is completely happy with the final product.
Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: We began with Google Adwords and while that continues are looking at alternative methods. Being a new company we are hoping word of mouth will pay a big part of promotion in the future.

A: Request for quote from client, Adam designs the site and I slice it up if required.
Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?

A: Be honest and assertive. Listen to their demands and respond in a manner that is truthful and informative.
