Kimeera houses 9 website developing, graphic designing, illustrating, photographing, film making and bad-ass dancing folk at the ranch in Grantham, Lincolnshire.
We thought our clients chose us because we were a genuinely combined, all-weather, in-house website and graphic design agency but, when we phoned them, it turned out it was also because we gave a hoot, rarely talked gobbledegook and we certainly appeared to know our onions. Which was nice.

They do an amazing job, great communication both friendly and approachable, as they say they know their onions! The administration of the sight is simple and enables a complete novice like myself to edit my webpage according to whats happening, price changes and opening times. The design replicates exactly the look and feel that we wanted simple, effective and clean. The brief for the alterations was followed to the word, and has resulted in a website that is un-cluttered and easy to navigate. Kimeera are a fantastic company with a friendly approach providing the customer with a great end product minus all the gobbledegook. Thanks Nick - Just what we wanted.

We have an excellent relationship with the Kimeera team. When setting up our website we had a tight budget to work to but Kimeera came up with solutions from design to functionality. They're always very prompt in dealing with issues that we might have. The staff are friendly and enthusiatic and offer a very personal service.
We would definitely choose to work with Kimeera for future projects.
We've worked with a number of website companies over the last five years - all with their own skills and styles - but we've never been 100% happy with the resulting website.
Kimeera has actually listened to what we've said and come back with the closest design to our vision to date.
They know their stuff and their busy diary reflects that - while they are not always the quickest out of the starting blocks they are more than happy to work with you to make things happen to a deadline.
We're looking forward to pressing the button to go live on our website in mid-December.

”Mainly through recommendation and retention but networking locally and nationally is proving fruitful. I think our clients enjoy the collaborative nature of what we do, so there's always going to be better relationships built - which is one of the most important things we care about.”

”We've invested heavily in web systems that allow us to project manage work easily and collaboratively. Clients log in to a secure area, where deadlines, messages and feedback and files are stored so that any one of the Folkers can jump in and look after a client. ”

What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?

”Doing what you said you were going to do and not patronising them.”

How do you manage demanding clients?
Kimeera Limited:
”Like any other client - they're investing in us to create a brand or solve their problems and they can rightfully be demanding as they like. The systems and processes we've invested in mean that if things are heading outside the remit of their budget, then we can wave a flag and let them know.”

”Speak to their clients, find out what the journey was like. Not everything goes exactly to plan, but how it was handled is so important.”
