katproductions Limited: ”We bounce ideas of one another, like to have good conversations and a few laughs, but know when to keep it quiet.”

WWDC: What makes you different from other web design companies?
katproductions Limited: ”We have a very friendly and some would say informal approach to web design. We like to really get to know the business we are working with so that we can design a website that truly reflects their business and personalities.”

WWDC: How do you get the majority of your business?
katproductions Limited: ”The majority of our business comes from word of mouth and online searches for local web designers.”

WWDC: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
katproductions Limited: ”Personal and open management with full co-operation and input from both parties.”

WWDC: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
katproductions Limited: ”Trust and commitment, trusting that we'll deliver what we say will we without any hidden costs or agenda's and commitment from both parties to meet deadlines.”

WWDC: How do you manage demanding clients?
katproductions Limited: ”The same as any of my clients, with respect and honesty.”

WWDC: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?

katproductions Limited: ”Going from strength to strength by taking advantage of the many different opportunities and technologies available.”

WWDC: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
katproductions Limited: ”Our industry has become a fundamental part of the commercial sector, and more so currently it becomes the responsibility of web designers to help educate small businesses as to the value of having a full and integrated online presence rather simply than a snazzy website to help generate business.”

katproductions Limited: ”Many years ago while still in fixed employment, I decided that one day I would have a creative/media company called katproductions.”

WWDC: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
katproductions Limited: ”Keep it current by updating it with relevant and useful content and by making the most of the many free social networking tools available.”
