A: Very Well, Each member is given a task for that day! they ensure the task is complete in time, however also have fun throughout!

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We care about out clients! even if they have an issue with there website 5 years down the line! we will sort it at no cost!

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Marketing

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Clients are given a specification sheet, This give us an idea of their needs and demands. We then produce a mock up design of the site and send it to them and wait for their approval. Once the approval is given we then produce the website and host it. the customer is then asked is there is anything they want tweaking. Money is transferred after the product is complete. Customers are also welcome to come to our office for a free consultation.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Good value for money. Understanding the clients needs. keeping the clients up to date with there product and showing them the developments steps. Keeping in touch with the clients after the product is handed over.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: So far we have not had any demanding clients. Generally we will do out best to accommodate for them.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Have a consultation with the company. Look at there portfolio, but also bare in mind that a lot of web design companies use templates, here at Karbonite we do not! Compare prices and ask to see mocks ups.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Going national

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: As we all know every business needs a website in this day and age! we can only hope that is stays this way in the future, but with the amount of online web design and hosting companies there out there, that provide cheap template websites, where customers can build them online themselves and pay over the odds! who knows!

A: Both PC and Mac
