Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: The jpeMEDIA design studios mission is to work in tandem with our clients to develop their business and visions and create products and brands that people admire and love to use. Whilst taking the hassle away from running a online venture for our clients.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: jpeMEDIA is not just a web design company we can handle the other aspects of having an online venture for our clients. This is done through our other solutions we run along side jpeMEDIA for example; jpeMAIL our email marketing system and jpeHOSTING our easy to use hosting system.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Through referrals and our social media marketing.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We always dedicate one of the members of jpeMEDIA to a client this allows them to know who to contact if they have any queries. We push ourselves to complete all projects on time without leaving any design or creative work lacking. If we are also hosting the project on our jpeHOSTING solution when the client is happy with what we have created and we have tested the product we will then put it live on our servers. If the client is not using the jpeHOSTING solution if the client wishes we can also upload the product onto their servers.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Being there when and if the client has any queries to do with the project that we are partaking in. Giving the client the ability to view the design and creative work that we do through the whole stage of the project allowing them to comment and suggest parts that may need to added or changed.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We manage all customers in the same way but if a client is demanding that they want their project to be finished before the date that was agreed, but it is fiscally not feasible because this would mean that we would have to rush the design or development of their project not allowing us to meet our standers and possibly not create the best solution for the project, we would inform them of this restriction.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: The client would have to take into consideration not just the style each firm designs in but also the people that they would be working with to make their web dreams come true. They would also need to look at if one firm can offer them more for example marketing or branding as well as web design, but not lack in the quality of those services they receive. This is because it would be a lot easier to work with the same people and would also give the firm and the client a better bond and a combined goal.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: We would like to see jpeMEDIA still creating recognised brands and create products that people love to use. We would love to keep making an impact in creating more attractive and user-friendly websites for people to use.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: We think that the web design industry will evolve in a way that you will see more and more mobile web designs out there and more social engagement for businesses to engage customers. We feel that we will see less of these of the shelf type solutions and more managed and bespoke solutions.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: We wanted a name that was memorable, but also short as that would make it more noticeable on social media platforms. We also wanted the name to be able to change whilst keeping the fundamental part of the name for different solutions we offer. As shown with jpeMAIL and jpeHOSTING.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Make sure that the website is well maintained and that it stands out from the crowd.
