johnthayne.com: Funky and relaxed but I know what I need to do each day to meet or surpass my goals.

WWDC: Describe how your team interact and work together.
johnthayne.com: I'm a one man band.

WWDC: What makes you different from other web design companies?
johnthayne.com: I have very few overheads so I am able to price my services competitively.

WWDC: How do you get the majority of your business?
johnthayne.com: So far it has been friends, friends of friends and a little bit of networking online.

WWDC: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
johnthayne.com: I use a project planner to list all project goals. I liase with clients at every step to ensure that I am meeting their goals.

WWDC: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
johnthayne.com: Communication, Good manners and adaptability.

WWDC: How do you manage demanding clients?
johnthayne.com: I've not had any problems so far. I would look at the problem from the clients point of view and do what I could to meet their demands.

johnthayne.com: An in demand web professional

johnthayne.com: In a completely different place to where it is at this point in time. It moves very quickly.

johnthayne.com: Have a clear idea of what they want to achieve in the short to long term.
