Stick 'n' Step provides free specialist conductive education therapy and support services to over 70 children with cerebral palsy from all over the North West of England and North Wales. We do not receive any government funding and so rely 100% on donations to ensure that our sessions are provided for free. It was important for us as well to have an organization that would have an eye from an objective standpoint. Jan gave us good feedback on the site and kept the level of training and the site very intuitive for the end user.

JK Design Services are an exceptionally responsive and professional supplier of services. If I ever have a problem they deal with it quickly and effectively. They are also vey good at building up a good working relationship with their clients that is more of a friendship than a business relationship.
The relationship I have with this company is excellent, they did take my requests into account and very much made me part of the process and keeping me informed constantly, keeping the hole conversation jargon free. I am very happy withe the final outcome. However we now have an ongoing professional relationship. They did do something exceptional ( I was invited to dinner ) which I had not anticipated, and they did deal with a very complex matter while also dealing with a dispute I had with a previouse IT company. I am not very good with understanding IT, computers, the internet, etc, etc, but because of the fact that my business is internet based, over the last fifteen years I have used in excess of twenty IT companys for different aspects of my business, I can honestly say not one of them come even a close second to JK Design, they are absoluetly Spot-On.
