JeminiJem designed and created my corporate identity and my e-commerce website. I was looking for something easy to use and I am very happy with the result. Communication was great and I felt that my needs were really taken into account rather than just being given a standard solution. As someone who is a complete beginner to web design, I found it great to be talked through the process step by step and to be kept informed and involved with regular phone calls and emails. Even a pre-existing problem with the company who previously hosted my site was sorted out quickly and efficiently, despite this being above and beyond the services for which JeminiJem were contracted. From the first designs right through to the launch I have no complaints. I was delighted with the end product and would highly recommend this company to any other clients.
