Reviews
As this was my first website for a new business, I was a little nervous about choosing the right design company. I didn't have any experience and was looking for ideas and to be helped through the process as I'm not into computer jargon. I found JAT Web Design just through search engines and from the first email from Justin felt at ease, he was friendly and understood what help I needed and replied to every email very quickly. The whole process from start to finish was so quick and my website looks amazing. I would recommend the company without hesitation.
JAT Web Design comments:
Thank you very much for your kind comments. I very much appreciate them
The thing I was most impressed in was the value for money because they advertise their web design services as affordable web design so I didn't expect it to be up to much, but I felt it was up to the same quality as the websites that cost a lot more than this, and you still get some free hosting and website address for this.
Once I told them what I wanted they were able to produce a design straight away that had almost everything that I wanted. Once I had given the project the go ahead we then talked about what I wanted changing or adding and then we made these changes. This made me feel involved in the creation of the design which I liked and was also reasured because I knew more or less what I was getting. They regularly the website while it was being made on a part of their website so I could see the progress and the regualrly sent me emails to let me know how things were going. Occasionally they did use jargon that I wasn't sure about but I think that's mostly because I'm not that good with computers, and they were happy to exaplin anything I didn't understand anyway.
The website was then turned around fairly rapidly and well within the deadline, and then we went through the design again and checked to make sure I was happy with everything. After tweaking a few little things, the website then went live.
The only little thing that I could fault was the communication because even though they emailed me regularly, I would have prefeered to talk to the designer over the phone a bit more so that the whole process feels more personal, but as I say this is just a tiny fault.
I would definately reccommend them!
