IS Design: We pride ourselves in working to understand a clients requirements, listening, preparing, then advising and implementing to ensure we get it right and deliver the appropriate product on schedule, within budget.

IS Design: IS Design work differently than most creative and advertising agencies. After witnessing first hand the frustrations of clients dealing with agency ‘account managers and directors’ who are often poorly qualified in design and have little experience of the design, print or media processes. IS Design are determined to provide a quality service which has the client, the brief and understanding at the heart of what we do.

WWDC: What makes you different from other web design companies?
IS Design: We provide a bespoke service by bringing on board reliable professional industry providers that offer solutions we adapt to a clients needs unlike most agencies who provide services bound by their own knowledge and styles of their employees.

WWDC: How do you get the majority of your business?
IS Design: Most of our business comes to us via client referral

WWDC: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
IS Design: I'm very passionate about our business and ensuring we provide an efficient and friendly service to our clients and associates. After years working for larger organisations I believe that with IS Design our clients get the best of both worlds, we offer a bespoke and cost effective service delivering projects with our qualified associates.

WWDC: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
IS Design: Open transparent working and clear costings and clear information to clients create a great client relationship to ensure creativity and the projects succeed

WWDC: How do you manage demanding clients?
IS Design: With patience and the same attention we do with all our clients

WWDC: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
IS Design: We would look at the technical requirements of the project and help the client identify the brief. we would then issue this to a short list of companies to provide accurate costings and timeframes

WWDC: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
IS Design: Continuing to grow our client base and ensuring our client base is built on the same principles

WWDC: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
IS Design: A diverse mix of media including strategies closing together for online and offline media with tablet and smart phone along with social media taking a more integrated lead

IS Design: Both PC and Mac

IS Design: A mix between mine and my partners names

WWDC: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
IS Design: Ensure the content and visual aspects are updated and link through to other sites and social media.
