The whole process was conducted very professionally with the appropriate level of communication. Time scales through implementation were met, they handled requested changes promptly, acknowledging the improvemnts keeping us in the loop at all times.
Once live all updates again were attended to efficiently. More time could have been useful in understanding the site administration, however support was always available to guide us through any issues.

Handled first redesign well. Just starting next redesign so cannot say on that one yet as not heard anything yet. First time around great value for money, easily approachable guys, handle my queries fast and efficiently, cannot really complain. Some things have been highlighted as being required in the redesign that were not in the first design and thought they would be but overall minimal things missing and these were probably overlooked by both me and them. Very happy with end product and felt very much a part of the process. Have already reommended to several people to use internet creation.
