The system needed to cater for various different user levels, from tenants, through contractors, clients, managers and department heads to administrators. Crabtree are able to see full details of all their properties, add, update or simply review details of ongoing maintenance work and inspections. Inspection reports and other documents are stored online and are available for download by the relevant client.

Living Spain

Living Spain is a long-standing client of HeadChannel's sister design company The Conservatory, who design and produce the monthly magazine. HeadChannel were a natural choice to design and develop the magazine's new online publication. The website needed to carry all the features from the magazine, in easily searchable form, together with a comprehensive property sales section, directory listings and up-to-the-minute news feeds. All of this in a style that would complement the printed version.
