Had excellent service from Ian at Havenswift. We have been with them for over 2 years now. At the previous host we had major problems with my store, partly due to the database being set up wrong by them and partly down to errors in the CubeCart search engine. Ian worked directly with Alistair at CubeCart and got the problems sorted. Ever since them everytime we have had a problem (even when he’s been on holiday) he has always helped us out and he usually gets it sorted the same day. I would recommend Havenswift to anyone who needs a host with good CubeCart support.

I cant praise Havenswift highly enough!

Ian always explains in clear English rather than jargon. He's polite, patient and very good humoured when dealing with even my wooliest and least well thought out plans and has been great in helping bring our ideas to life. He's never patronised or tried to minimise my concerns.

Most importantly though, when we had problems with a site that was with another supplier Ian responded instantly to the crisis. He worked long hours fixing the problems and the site was transferred to Havenswift and back up and running without our customers even noticing.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Havenswift = heaven sent!
My original web designer (and host) provided zero support for my website. She wouldn't even return an email (and I sent about 100...pleading for help and offering to pay whatever she wanted to just answer my questions). I felt completely lost and hopeless for 2 years. I was unsure how my site was structured and didn't understand how hard (or easy) it would be to move it to another host.
I searched cubecartforum.com looking for CubeCart developers to help me out and saw many posts by Ian at Havenswift. After checking out their website, I sent Ian a message about my situation. Ian was amazing!!! YES!
Ian held my hand through the migration process. Well actually, he did everything! Took care of every little detail!!! The site was migrated overnight. I woke up the next morning and everything was running smoothly- zero interuption to my business.

And the ongoing support he provides is amazing. He responds to trouble tickets in a timely manner and is very knowledgeable as well as personable.

I asked the team at Havenswift Hosting to migrate my OSCommerce system across to CubeCart and also design a new skin based on the original OSC one I had and liked. They did a fantastic job and since then they have written a large number of mods for us, dealt with our SEO and also now do the whole technical day to day running of the site for us which leaves us to concentrate on running the business. I have a dedicated server with them and the service and support has been first class - definitely recommend

Ian from Havenswift-Hosting was brilliant and helped out in a real crisis. I had to change my website domain name urgently and as it is a large online store with 1,600+ products I was very worried. Ian took care of everything and there were no dramas.

Running a big website is a complex business and downtime costs money in lost sales and so I was very relieved at how quickly the job was completed. Ian also communicated very well, and did not talk 'over my head' as some IT people can do.

I transferred my online store (cubecart) to Havenswift Hosting approximately twelve months ago, mainly because of Ian's background with Cubecart and the support he is able to provide. I hosted my site at several other locations before discovering Havenswift hosting. Since then, I have never looked back. The communications with Ian have always been prompt, to the point, clear and thoughtful.
For example, during the initial move to Havenswift, a problem with a second domain I was also transferring there arose. Ian spend a number of hours solving the issue, all of which was over and above the call of duty, and did not charge me a cent for doing so.

On another occasion I purchased a cubecart enhancement mod from him, including install. Once again, he went the extra mile by adjusting another, already existing 3rd party mod in order for it to work with his.
I have absolutely every confidence in recommending Havenswift hosting to anyone looking for honesty, solid reliability, value and dependability.

Finally, I have a peace of mind which eluded me before moving to Havenswift hosting.

I will shortly be making enhancements to my site, and need look no further than Havenswift for all the resources needed for the project. Put plainly: They know what they are doing.

I have two websites with Havenswift Hosting (information based website and an online store - cubecart). I have found their customer service to be first class and have always been able to contact them with a prompt reply when needed.

I have also used their web development service on my online store which was excellent. The work was done quickly and would receive regular emails informing me of what has been done, etc.

As a small start-up web based retail business, we had initially used low price/cheap deal ISP's, but soon we grew to a size where being on a shared web server with lots and lots of other domains was proving a problem in terms of download speed, available bandwidth and so-on.

We were (and still are!) using CubeCart as our cart software. When we ran into problems our ISP didn't have the expertise to help.

As the Havenswift team write software add-ons to CubeCart, we decided to make the jump to a more professional ISP.... and aren't we glad we did!

Because the Havenswift team are familiar with CubeCart and all it's back-end demands, they are in an excellent position to configure the webserver we are on so that the integration between our webserver and cart software is excellent.

They held our hand during the transfer from our old ISP to Havenswift, and gave us lots of personal attention.

On the odd occasion when there have been problems, the contact has been excellent and the response is rapid.

Would I recommend them? Our reputation as a business is largely in their hands, so a good ISP is very important to us - and we have just signed up for our third year with them.
