Ian and the team really take into account your company requirements and act on them accordingly, they are friendly approachable and keep their promises.
I was kept reassured that everything was going according to plan and when I threw a wobbly they just pulled me back and put right my wrongs!
I was informed of everything that was happening step by step by means of the ticket system and this was backed up by emails.
The installation of Cube Cart was all done for me without me needing to learn anything new, Ian speaks in terms that I can understand (even though I am quite IT literate I find Geek Speak terrifying).
I personally cannot recommend this company highly enough, they treated me like they knew me and what I wanted rather than just another number.

Can't speak highly enough of Ian and the team at Havenswift. Migrated our large CubeCart site overnight, despite our existing provider doing everything in their power to make it difficult for them.

Site back up and running next day, kept informed and up to date during every stage of the migration.

I have just switched my Ropes Direct website over to Ian at Havenswift Hosting and only wish that I had done it sooner! The service has been excellent with great communication and very prompt responses. My site was transfered over very quickly and without incident, a teething problem (entirely of my own making) was resolved virtually immediately.
I also had a long standing issue with the customer order count and Ian was able to solve this straight away where others had failed.
I look forward to working with Ian on developing Ropes Direct further.

We transferred our hosting to Havenswift due to issues elsewhere.
A wonderful service, over a year and no downtime - 99.99%, SEo services used, many cubecart mods installed and exellent quick responses to tickets.
We will be staying here for a long time. And continue to work with Havenswift as they support us at every stage and put up with our wacky ideas

When looking for a specialist e-commerce hosting provider I came across Havenswift Hosting on the CubeCart forums. Since then I have used Havenswift for all my e-commerce web sites.

I look for stability, performance and above all great customer service in an e-commerce hosting provider and I have to say that Ian at Havenswift delivers every time. He answers my support enquiries in a timely and friendly manner and his knowledge of CubeCart is second to none. He is always more than helpful.

I hesitate to post this review as really I would like to keep him all to myself!

Following a bad experience with my original web designer, primarily with lack of response, I turned to Ian at Havenswift to stabilise the support for my buisiness. I can honestly say that I have found the support very professional and timely.
At the time of my change I had a significant problem caused by a product upgrade that I was unaware of and Havenswift handled the situation exceptionally well.
I am not only satisfied with the professional support that I now receive but also with the additional suggestions about how to improve my website and make my business grow like I want it.

Havenswift developed a fully integrated Paypal / Sagepay payment gateway on one of my clients websites. They were great to work with, responding swiftly to my emails and support requests and going above and beyond what was initially requested of them.

The work was carried out on a live website with no disruption and I was kept well informed of the work being carried out all stages. My client was very pleased with the final outcome and I will definitely use Havenswift in the future for web development work.

Had excellent service from Ian at Havenswift. We have been with them for over 2 years now. At the previous host we had major problems with my store, partly due to the database being set up wrong by them and partly down to errors in the CubeCart search engine. Ian worked directly with Alistair at CubeCart and got the problems sorted. Ever since them everytime we have had a problem (even when he’s been on holiday) he has always helped us out and he usually gets it sorted the same day. I would recommend Havenswift to anyone who needs a host with good CubeCart support.
