When we met with Hatch Media, we knew straight away that they were confident is supplying us with a solution we would be satisfied with. They took a full questionnaire of our needs and requirements which we felt was very thorough and efficient.
Since commisioning Hatch Media to develop our web site, we have built a fantastic relationship with them and they have gone on to develop all our in-house marketing material and our online marketing. The results we have seen from the marketing that Hatch Media have provided has proven very successful and grown us as a business.
We hope to carry on our relationship with Hatch Media as their customer service has been second to none and one which we feel is very rare in business today.
All support issues have been dealt with in a timely manner and with minimal input from our team, meaning savings on our labour.
Throughout all the projects we work with Hatch Media on, we feel involved 100% with high levels of communication, both verbally and written. On the Launch of our web site, we saw great interest in our web site.
