HTDL: ”A superb, new build property in leafy Henley in Arden, Warwickshire.”

HTDL: ”Small team, lot's of head together discussions.”

WWDC: What makes you different from other web design companies?
HTDL: ”Our professional contemporary attitude that means we work for large corporates and SME's who want to have a brand and a website that will last them. We've also been established over 20 years and working with the web since 1995. All our designers and developers are senior level which means they can all liaise directly with clients - a big plus.”

WWDC: How do you get the majority of your business?
HTDL: ”Referrals, new business activity”

WWDC: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
HTDL: ”Hands on all the way!”

WWDC: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
HTDL: ”Communication”

WWDC: How do you manage demanding clients?
HTDL: ”As far as we're concerned, all clients have demands and requirements, we just deal with each one as efficiently as we can and try to exceed the expectations. A happy client is a long term client!”

WWDC: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
HTDL: ”Go and meet each one and sit down with the people who are actually going to work on your site, not just the account director or new business director. In our agency, we have a policy of direct contact and we only recruit people who can communicate at this level.”

WWDC: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
HTDL: ”A bit bigger, but not not too big, I love working on projects myself.”

WWDC: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
HTDL: ”Bigger, quicker, more dynamic and more mobile.”

HTDL: ”Both PC and Mac”

HTDL: ”It's the initials of our full trading title, sorry it's not as trendy as some others!”

HTDL: ”Don't skimp on your budget, it's possibly the most important aspect of your business.”
