Ted developed our web site after listening to us talk about our business, he picked up the relevant point and built the business design around our requirements, builidng the different pages to build up the profile of the company.

He is some one who is passionate about his job, offering his clients the best possible service, always deals with any queries and problems promptly.

Grumpy Ted offers an outstanding level of service. Ted is approachable, quick to make changes to our various websites when required and highly knowledgeable if we have a technical problem. Ted's initiative and design input have been invaluable to us. Last year we were awarded a grant by our local authority for the creation of a new area of our website offering a collection of printed fabrics cut to order. This was complicated to set up, but Ted has made it extremely 'user friendly' for our customers. Our fabric sales have increased dramatically over the past 12 months as a direct result.

Grumpy Ted is anything but grumpy. Ted designed our website some years ago now, has maintained it ever since and has recently done a major revamp.

He has consistently been helpful, patient (I am not a techie and need an idiot's guide from time to time) and fast to respond to requests for alterations, updates etc.

He also gives very good value.

I would not hesitate to recommend him.

We are a new company designing and constructing timber buildings for both domestic use and animal use. We evolved into two main product lines within the one company in September of last year and Grumpy Ted were fantastic at helping us put this into a clear and user friendly format. Our original website didn't look anywhere near as professional and Grumpy Ted have also helped and advised us on how raise our company's profile via search engines. As a result the 'hits' on our website have increased dramatically and our customers often comment at how easy the website is to use. Grumpy Ted has always been far from Grumpy - always quick to respond and full of helpful advice. It's always no trouble to get our information updated and we recommend them unreservedly.

Grumpy Ted have developed our web site over a period of 18 months. Not an easy business to make interesting, and experience of our clients requirements has helped us with establishing what was needed. We offer quality wedding car hire but have to bear in mind that our most important clients are ladies, the bride, not the usual car enthusiasts, who are the guys. By asking our potential clients what they wanted and passing this information back to Grumpy Ted we have, thanks to their expertise, now achieved an increase in turnover of over 50% since we started and 30 % of that this year. Our clients when asked, very satisfyingly tell us that our web site is one of, if not the best presented wedding car site they have visited. Grumpy Ted has shown a willingness to update our site numerous times and taken account of our requests and requirements, putting the best presentation of those requirements onto the site
