The relationship on a one to one was great, understood all of what we wanted and fairly jargon free. Even at times when we didnt understand he put it across in terms as to which we could understand. Communiction was very good. Yes all requests were taken into consideration, and all were carried through. Yes we felt part of the process from beggining to the end, and it well excelled our expectations. Information was always forwarded to us to keep us up to date. There were quite a few things in the site that were exceptional that we didnt even anticipate, but it all made the site so much better. All problems and complications were dealt with immediately. No complaints.
GR8 Fusion Media does what it says in their company name.
They were GREAT in every area - website design and offered bespoke solution to our requirements. Due to the way the site was designed we now have a high profile on search engines. They were able to produce our requirements before the deadline and were very competitive on price.
