The Clay Pigeon Company (CPC) has worked closely with GIGER MEDIA for approximately two years now, having taken over the hosting of our web site, domains, and web site management. We have never been let down on deadlines and the service they provide to our company has been first class.
Recently we wanted a special look for some of our exhibition marquees. GIGER not only came up with a fantastic concept but developed the imagery and final design to a tight deadline. We are and continue to be totally satisfied with GIGER MEDIA and CPC would not hesitate to recommend this firm to any other business.
Working with GIGER proved to be a very positive experience. We are based in Mexico but distance was no barrier. Tony and the team were encouraging, enthusiastic and had an abundance of patience in helping us through the technicalities. We are delighted with the appearance of the new website

Looking at local web designers, Giger was immediately of interest after looking at the style of web sites
and the testimonials. From the point of 'first phone call' through to the completed site, we found Giger
to be aware not only our vague ideas, but enthusiastic, professional and importantly having great humour.
We have been surprised at how Giger dealt with our total lack of web building knowledge and were always
only too happy to enlighten us, dealing with our questions. In a very short time we were able to relax,
and allow Tony to plan the site. The results were great, showing an excellent layout, even featuring moving
'video' pictures of our cakes, which we had never anticipated!. The write ups were very flattering too!
We can thoroughly recommend the company both for the way in which they liaised with us, got to know us all, ate our cakes and most importantly produced a wonderful web site, which has been used not only by our mail order customers but magazines, newspapers and high class stores . The costs were sensible and the whole event
of putting together our web site was done with hard work by Giger and delight by us. We whole

Should I write and good review and recommend the services of Giger Media?? This is a tough question.
Can they provide the level of service that I want? Yes they can
Can they provide a customised web site that suits my business and not just a variation of a.n. other web site? Yes they can
Can they communicate with me in language that I understand and not try to baffle me with IT jargon? Yes they can
Can they be there at the end of the telephone or e-mail when I need them? Yes they can
Do they make me feel important as a client? Yes they do.
Why did I say that this was a tough question? Well because I want to keep them for myself!
If ever I am asked for an IT solution for the business I find myself using a well know phrase " .... I know a man that can" and if Tony doesn't know the answer then he will "know a man that can" and the problem is solved. It really is that easy.

I feel that what really stood out when using the services of Giger Media was the desire to complete the 'whole' job. What we all expected to be a relatively straight forward job - taking over from our previous web designer and bringing everything up to date - turned out to be more complicated than we anticipated!
Our previous (so called) web designer had failed to register the site correctly and was making himself as hard to contact as possible. Giger took on all the extra work involved in remedying this situation without complaint.
On several occasions I asked the question "Is there something I am supposed to be doing here?" only to be told "No - you're the customer - leave it it with us".
On several more occasions I asked the question "Is this going to cost me more?" (Hey! I'm running a business!!!) to be told "Of course not - this is part of the service".
Not only that but a fantastic and professional site at the end of it!

”Speak to them. Ask questions. If you don't understand the answer, ask again. If you are not comfortable with a potential supplier don't go with them. Un-expected issues that arrise later are generally much easier to resolve when both parties can communicate well. Regardless of price, if there is a bad feeling to start with, it's downhill from there on.”

We believe it will be more about styles, fashion and design rather than techology that changes most.”
