Reviews
Excellent, now a long standing relationship
Took our requests into consideration, as well as making recommendations of their own
Keeps us informed of what is going on, including personal visits to our premises
Jargon free; I pretty well understood most of the time and I'm not very good with computers
Were happy with final outcome, and we received several positive comments from our members
Something exceptional; special home page "eye-catcher" which we change every month
Deals with complications well; Sometimes a little slow but generally we are more than satisfied
Communication - Good in constant contact
Yes no problems, all carried out as required
Yes good communication by email and phone also visits when required
Jargon free and simple , good at explaining in simple terms
Yes web site as expected- well designed and simple to use
Yes - He selected colours that were better that we had originally selected and the site looked better when finished
Dealt will all issues for us on time and as requested
1 on 1 communication excellent
Took everything on board I asked for
Fully involved in all the processes
Communicated jargon free
Totally satisfied with end product
They taught me all the skills required to operate the web site on my own. FOC
No complications because they listened to me and got quite involved with my product
They gave me advice second to none as my site involved children
Nathan lead us through the design process in a helpful way. He followed our outline and the outcome was better than expected without any complications, though we now realise that our requests were modest. We were kept involved throughout the process, also other available options were put to us, some we took up others were beyond what we wanted. His communication was good, easy and jargon free. I now feel that soon we will be ready to take the site further, these are steps discussed with Nathan, but we felt that we could not cope with at the outset. The next step would be our monthly promotion leaflets, both on the site and sent out to e-mail customers, and a visual tour of the shop. Another is to use the site in store on digital photo frames . The final step being an on line catalogue.
