Countesthorpe Health Centre is a relatively large GP practice with a list size of 9,500 patients. One of the GPs had set up a practice website some years previously but found it difficult to find the time to keep it up to date.

We originally approached Flamingoat with a view to maintaining our existing website but Dan suggested a complete redesign. We thought that this was such a good idea that we also asked him to design us a new logo and letterhead. Dan was very responsive to our ideas and quickly gave us a number of design options to choose from, making it very easy to select the image that we felt was right.

We are very happy with the website and have received positive feedback from patients and from other practices. Over time we are hoping to build up a wealth of useful information so that our patients know they can easily find out about all aspects of their health.

Flamingoat now maintains the website on an ongoing basis and the service is fantastic. Any changes or updates we ask for are often made within hours. Even if we need a whole new page added, Dan works very quickly and efficiently. If there are any problems with prescription requests or other feedback pages, Dan manages to sort these out straightaway.

I would highly recommend Flamingoat to any organisation that wants to have an effective website but lacks the expertise and time to do it themselves.

Since taking on Flamingoat.co.uk to design and manage our website we have been delighted with the changes.
