The website is available 24/7 and has never been down.
The support from Feature3 is exceptional and they are always available to assist with queries and changes.
Feature3’s brilliant understanding of what we are trying to sell and achieve has ensured our web site is the highly successful sales tool it is today.
While we offer a great service, a great product and enjoy what we do – no one would see, believe or buy from us without our fantastically engineered and developed web site. If I don’t understand something Paul explains and often makes suggestions saving me hours of my own time. Paul really is a web guy that understands business flow, how my business works, and how he can save me time and money on routes, delivery and planning using the web site to help with all of this.
Our web site has been the success it is, as a result of Feature3’s direction, emotion, opinion and support and we can’t thank Feature3 enough. We have a full eCommerce web site with customer service reporting, SMS alerts, SEO page building and access to update the pages (CMS), alerts and backups far beyond what I asked for when we started 6 years ago. What I like is that Feature3’s implementations and suggestions have increased profit far beyond their bill for the work they have done and it’s a win win situation for me and my customers as I have low overheads using Feature3.
