Fathom Business Solutions: While the customer may always be right, we like to provide enough advice and support to ensure their decisions are not only right, but right for them.

Fathom Business Solutions: Cozy and open plan. Working with each other is a matter of turning your chair.

Fathom Business Solutions: We get on like a house on fire. Everyone has a specialty and isn't shy to offer it up when the need arises.

WWDC: What makes you different from other web design companies?
Fathom Business Solutions: Our job only BEGINS when we deliver the website. We offer a myriad of post-launch services to ensure we nurture ongoing relationships with our clients.

WWDC: How do you get the majority of your business?
Fathom Business Solutions: Word of mouth. Over 90% of our business is by current client recommendation.

WWDC: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
Fathom Business Solutions: We interact with the client every step of the way - from design concept to build, testing to launch.

WWDC: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
Fathom Business Solutions: Understanding their needs. You can't try and sell a client a £40,000 all singing, all dancing site if their annual turnover isn't even £40,000!

WWDC: How do you manage demanding clients?
Fathom Business Solutions: With a cool head. The worst thing you can do is get overheated and say something you regret. With 90% of our business recommendations from current clients, you can tell we get on well with everyone on our books.

WWDC: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
Fathom Business Solutions: Choose someone who listens. Too many times a client will say what they want only to be presented with something that just isn't fit for purpose.

WWDC: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
Fathom Business Solutions: Rocking out at the top of our profession and still coding for IE 6.

WWDC: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
Fathom Business Solutions: Growing by leaps and bounds. Online advertising is taking over every other form of advertising, and people are on the web more than they watch TV. I imagine multimedia will play a massive part in the future.

Fathom Business Solutions: Know what you want, and don't be afraid to ask for help. With your website being your shopfront to the world, treat it with the respect and time it needs.
