Working with ExpandOnline to develop my new website has been a very positive experience. Peter is a good listener and was quickly able to capture the spirit of what I was looking for in the look and feel of the website. As well as crystallising my thoughts, he introduced some additional creative ideas for how the website could function and was helpful in suggesting ways in which to optimise the profile of the site on the internet. He was also willing to challenge me on occasions – either to help me to be open to new possibilities, or if I had bad ideas! And he was flexible enough to be able to accommodate several changes of mind along the way, and to find ways of doing certain things that we didn’t initially think would be possible.
I’m really pleased with how the website has turned out, and have received positive feedback from others on the professional style and how user-friendly it is to navigate. I’m also pleased with how easy the content management system is for a layperson to use, so I will have no excuse not to keep the content up-to-date!
Peter was a delight to work with on the design of our web site. The design process was extremely interactive and Peter was very receptive to our wishes throughout despite working with a tight deadline to launch the site. The web site was launched on time and meets all the specifications that we set out in the design brief. We are very happy with the site and would thoroughly recommend Expand Online to anyone looking to set up a business web site.
I met with Peter and we discussed together the needs of Melbourn Baptist Church and he made helpful suggestions to how we could represent ourselves on the website in a professional, clear, and easy to use format. Through out producing the website, Peter was efficient, polite and brought examples of what could be done. Since the website has been up and running we have had visitors, those belonging to the church and those studying our history all make good positive comments.
