Before we contracted Esense to re-build our e-commerce site, we had an Actinic site that ticked over, but didn’t do a great many sales.
Ben and team spent a great deal of effort looking into the statistics and functionality of our site, to find out why it wasn’t working before replacing it with a new bespoke site. Once live our orders increased immediately. True to form, our site more than paid for itself within a mere couple of weeks!
Since then our business as grown dramatically and we have expanded our operations to cope with our High St shop.
We work closely with Esense, as they now handle all of our Marketing both online and offline. Their marketing and technical skills are fantastic and their ideas help to keep us ahead of the competition. I expect to see great things from this small company.
