From the outset, before we had even committed to using Empire Elements, we were highly impressed with the amount of time they spent meeting with us, visiting our store, ascertaing our requirements, and explaining how they could create a bespoke optimised site and on-line store to complement our retail shop. They undertook to clearly explain to us the innovative technology and techniques used to optimise our placing in the search engine rankings.
Out of the three companies we were considering, Empire Elements proved to be the most committed to implementing our vision, while their personal face-to-face service, level of expertise and price made the decision to use them an easy one.
Our input and approval was sought at each stage of the development and design process. The end result was delivered very quickly and we began to see the results of the optimisation technology immediately. Even after the work had been completed, improvements and changes have continued to be made without charge, while any "teething troubles" were quickly dealt with. Continuous face-to-face input and feedback remains a regular part of their high level of customer service. They continue to maintain a good relationship with us. I have had no hesitation in recommending Empire Elements to others seeking great value web design and e-commerce.

I began searching for a web design company when a friend of a friend had designed one (really badly) for my practice and was unavailable for any further work despite it needing changes before I could even show it to the public.
Finding Empire Elements was a relief to say the least. Richard made suggestions and presented ideas, which would make the site, look and perform better. He made the whole process easy and understandable and even offered a very competitive payment plan due to my budget constraints. The work was done faster than I expected and I was able to make the changes I wanted throughout the process. I am regularly making small changes to site content. Richard responds to my requests amazingly quickly and the work is done almost immediately no matter how small they are.
I love my website. It looks great, performs equally well and I have received a lot of great feedback for it. I really value working with a company, which offers great value, is fast and efficient, helpful and reliable. I could not recommend Empire Elements more highly.

Richard at Empire elements was always on hand to answer questions and provide feedback about every stage of updating our site. He is very informative and professional and really understood how we wanted our site to change to add more information about our garden design and construction services.

As designers we are very difficult to please, but Richard and his team didn't disappoint. He took our original designed website and made it look more up-to-date, using fresh colours with better page layouts. I would definitely recommend Richard and his team at Empire Elements.

Finding a web design company on the net is quite an onerous task.
When I came across empire elements I was impressed with their vibrant colours and design methods.

I asked for a quote and was pleasantly surprised. I commissioned empire elements to start the work and within 24hrs I had a platform of which to work work, I must admit I had the WOW factor when I first reviewed the work.

I found empire elements to be more or less "on-call". For instance I would probably be working very late, and have an idea about the site, and thought i'd drop a line to Empire with some thoughts, only to receive a reply almost straight away, actioning my requests.

To conclude, I found empire elements to be very good and would definately recommend them to my clients.

I'd never been involved in commissioning a website before so didn't really know what to expect when launching into this venture with Richard. His own website presented a lot of useful information helping me understand the processes involved a little bit more and he certainly seemed to know his business. My initial email enquiry was responded to within minutes and these prompt exchanges were typical of our communication throughout the project, although if truth be told, I was the one who was often slow to respond. The design started within days and progressed at a much faster pace than I had anticipated even though we ran into the Christmas period long after most businesses had shut up shop for the fortnight. What has been particularly pleasing about the whole process has been Richard's continuing support and interest after the site has gone live. He's willing to make further tweaks and changes to the site if required and has responded freely to further questions and queries from me. All in all, an excellent service and very good value for money.

From the moment I called Richard at Empire Elements and explained to him what I was looking for in my website and what previous quotations I had received he put me at ease with his knowledge and professional approach.

I then asked to meet with him which wasn't the norm it would seem but he understood my reasoning as I always feel it is good to know who you are working with and once we had our first meeting and discussed my personal vision for the website I knew that I was in capable hands as he had done research into competitors in my field and also bought along sample sites.

Richard was totally dedicated to my project and certainly worked over and above my expectations to achieve my finished website within the timescale we set and the price quoted which was extremely good 'value for money'. As we got closer to the last hour before launching I was panicing and changing copy and images and never once did he complain.

I would highly recommend Empire Elements as a truly professional outfit and their experience and knowledge with advising on layout and the technical stuff was outstanding. If I didn't understand it was explained as technical jargon was used.

Once the website was launched it didn't stop here and the customer service with follow up has also been outstanding with the receipt of weekly stats and general emails to see how it is working for has been 100%.
