I wanted a bespoke, fully W3C compliant website that was visually dynamic, user friendly and that we owned the copyright to. I got 6 quotes and Empire Elements was the most competatively priced. I was going to go to another more expensive company when Richard convinced me that I did not need to, his company could provide me with what I was after and that I didn't need to pay any more than he was quoting.

Empire Elements has provided the Farnham Astronomical Society with a web site that is simply wonderful. Richard was able to understand our requirements quickly and translate these into an innovative website that offers members and visitors a much more exiting experience. We also have a more functional site and are seeing other benefits such as Search Engine Optimisation as well - our content is now easier to find on Google, It is possibly the best web site of any UK Astronomy Society. Great improvements have been made at the back-end too - much to the delight of our webmaster; creation and publishing of new content is also easier. Empire Elements Ltd were totally professional from the start. They provided suggestions and solutions to our questions, showed us the website layout at every stage of the building process, and most importantly to us, were extremely patient. We made a few changes along the way and were advised from a customers view exactly what and what not a webpage should look like. From my first meeting, he understood completely what I was trying to achieve and set up the site with the minimum of fuss.
There were a few amendments I wanted making after the initial draft and these were done speedily and without problem. Bearing in mind this site is the 'entry level', it more than met our requirements and I consider it excellent value for money - having had quotations from other more expensive designers.
The only downside was that I had to pay
FANTASTIC: A word i very rarely use to describe a service i get from anywhere; i am one of those people who think real customer service is very rare. But in Empire Elements case it is the only description possible.
I am not good with computers, but i always want to know what' s going on, and why. Richard explained everything so well, and was so patient and professional throughout.
I am very happy with all six websites, and in particular Richard's ongoing support, i really could not recommend them highly enough, and i am not easily pleased!

From the outset, before we had even committed to using Empire Elements, we were highly impressed with the amount of time they spent meeting with us, visiting our store, ascertaing our requirements, and explaining how they could create a bespoke optimised site and on-line store to complement our retail shop. They undertook to clearly explain to us the innovative technology and techniques used to optimise our placing in the search engine rankings.
Out of the three companies we were considering, Empire Elements proved to be the most committed to implementing our vision, while their personal face-to-face service, level of expertise and price made the decision to use them an easy one.
Our input and approval was sought at each stage of the development and design process. The end result was delivered very quickly and we began to see the results of the optimisation technology immediately. Even after the work had been completed, improvements and changes have continued to be made without charge, while any "teething troubles" were quickly dealt with. Continuous face-to-face input and feedback remains a regular part of their high level of customer service. They continue to maintain a good relationship with us. I have had no hesitation in recommending Empire Elements to others seeking great value web design and e-commerce.
I began searching for a web design company when a friend of a friend had designed one (really badly) for my practice and was unavailable for any further work despite it needing changes before I could even show it to the public.
Finding Empire Elements was a relief to say the least. Richard made suggestions and presented ideas, which would make the site, look and perform better. Finding a web design company on the net is quite an onerous task.
When I came across empire elements I was impressed with their vibrant colours and design methods.
I asked for a quote and was pleasantly surprised. I commissioned empire elements to start the work and within 24hrs I had a platform of which to work work, I must admit I had the WOW factor when I first reviewed the work.
I found empire elements to be more or less "on-call". For instance I would probably be working very late, and have an idea about the site, and thought i'd drop a line to Empire with some thoughts, only to receive a reply almost straight away, actioning my requests.
To conclude, I found empire elements to be very good and would definately recommend them to my clients.

I'd never been involved in commissioning a website before so didn't really know what to expect when launching into this venture with Richard. His own website presented a lot of useful information helping me understand the processes involved a little bit more and he certainly seemed to know his business. My initial email enquiry was responded to within minutes and these prompt exchanges were typical of our communication throughout the project, although if truth be told, I was the one who was often slow to respond. The design started within days and progressed at a much faster pace than I had anticipated even though we ran into the Christmas period long after most businesses had shut up shop for the fortnight. What has been particularly pleasing about the whole process has been Richard's continuing support and interest after the site has gone live. He's willing to make further tweaks and changes to the site if required and has responded freely to further questions and queries from me. All in all, an excellent service and very good value for money.

I wanted a quality website, quickly and at best possible value. After being very disheartened with lots of the 'templated site in one hour' companies, I found Empire Elements, who helped me get the look I wanted but without making important 'look and feel' decisions for me.
