From the very first day it was agreed that Elan Web Design would design and maintain our site we were impressed by both the speed and professionalism of the company.

Following initial discussions where our needs were identified, the speed of the process was very impressive. Elan were not only capable of explaining the technical side of things but did so at every stage of the development. Even we understood things once Elan explained, and we have no technical background at all.

Each stage of the website was explained by e-mail and telephone and draft versions were constantly available for us to review. Every single suggestion we made about any aspect of the site was discussed thoroughly and, if it would improve the site, they were acted upon.

All in all, Elan Web Design have impressed me so much with their skills that I have already recommended them to several business acquaintances and friends of mine.

Our relationship with Mr Ben Hall has been first class from the start of negotiations
to building our web site's for garage service and van sale. He maked several visit to our sites. explained every aspect of the building of our web site. When the site was complete Mr Hall explain all detail's.We are extremely please with the end result which is very user friendly,we have had a good feed back as a result.
