Overall, DoodleIT provided a friendly and comprehensive service. Their particular strengths were their willingness to listen to the design brief, and to explain clearly the process in a jargon-free manner. When the website went 'live' any minor teething problems were ironed out (in a satisfactory fashion) within a matter of hours. The web-management system that they employ is relatively straight forward, and after brief instruction I can now operate my site autonomously.

Throughout the process, the web designers were attentive, positive and very creative. They were in constant contact to establish the needs of the Team and suggest ways of providing the services required.

Communication with the webdesigner was very good. The project was unusual in that the website was to
facilitate communication between a team of support workers for a mentally handicapped person. They had
to work as a team even though they rarely meet.
Website designer responded to the need for very simple user use whilst fulfilling a fairly complex set of needs.
The use of colour was excellent. The ongoing support was also an essential part of the package because of
the relative inexperience of the people using the site.
Jargon was explained when needed. We were very much part of the discussion process beforehand.
We are very happy with the outcome so far and are confident that when we find something doesn't quite fit for us
alterations will be made.

Our requirements seemed to be a little out of the ordinary yet DoodleIT were happy to take the project on. We were involved in all stages of the process, understood the the various stages and welcomed the jargon-free communication. The project was delivered on time with no apparent difficulty; there were, inevitably, a few teething troubles yet they were dealt with very quickly and completely.
