Most of the alterations/updates to the draft were done via email but all requests were dealt with promptly and communication from the start of the process to the completion of the final version was good without being overbearing.
Very happy with final outcome particularly the revolving photo montage (which I thought was very effective) and would certainly recommend their service to others.
Excellent communication, advice given re the site was brilliant. Finished site looks great. Fast, professional service.From start to finish the site was completed in the shortest space of time. Fully advised and kept in touch with at all times as to what would work on the site in terms of layout etc.
This was the second website DoodleIT have made for me and I am again very happy with everything. I first started working with Peter and Nicola at DoodleIT around 4 months ago with the aim to re-structure our new website to co-incide with the opening of our new store.
They helped me outline specific needs of our website and produced a blue print of how the site could look.
It was a daunting prospect for me as I'm not experienced in using computers or CMS software. I needn't have worried, from the start I found them to be helpful, friendly and non patronising about the fact that my knowledge was extremely limited. Any questions i had were met with patient, well explained answers which made it easy for me to understand.

Desiding to do business with Doodle It the first time ( construction of www.buy-greek-property.co.uk ) took a little time, since "due process" had to be done , so I could be sure that they were the "right outfit" to help me move my real estate business from a near stagnation point to income generation, having previously gone through some costly and useless collaborations with "other" web site design/construction teams..

As we are coming to the completion of our first project ( launching of our new web site www.buy-greek-property.co.uk ) with the Team at Doodleit the thought upermost in my mind is, why didn't we know of them before ...A whole year ( & lots of hard earned cash ) was wasted in dealing with incompetent, expensive and dare I say dishonest others, who were incapable of producing the "wanted product" or advice us correctly for that matter but happy to take our money....
Anyway we have nothing but the best to say about the Team at Doodleit...they have been very informative , constructive and patient in taking us from Level zero to a web site that it looks like that will do the job that we wanted it to do, even though we are barely 10 days after launch...

A difficult job made easy! We wanted a website that could do many things but it had to be easy to use and easy for us to update. AND "that's what we got" searching for courses by different means as well as booking by our customers is so easy 3-4 clicks and its all done, including logging on or registering. The look is just great too. So looks, functionality and such speed what more could we have asked. O yes the ability to do mail merges, invoice, remind customers where and when they have to attend, all as and when we need them.
Now the disadvantages: They wouldn't do it free they wanted some money and they turned it around in a couple of weeks from start to finish. Its a bit like Christmas the best thing is looking forward to it and all we got was 2 weeks and there it was on the web. Now that's not fun is it?
Would I recommend them to some one else? NO because when you find the "Perfect" restaurant and you tell others every ones there and it gets "Spoilt" so I am keeping them to myself thank you.

Overall, DoodleIT provided a friendly and comprehensive service. Their particular strengths were their willingness to listen to the design brief, and to explain clearly the process in a jargon-free manner.
