Dolphin Promotions are without a doubt the WORST seo company I have ever come across. They swamped our site with 10,000+ spammy backlinks, some from pornographic websites, which landed us a google ban. In a properly regulated industry they would not be allowed to practise.
By the way, a "Simon Leigh" has written a glowing report above about Dolphin. A Simon Leigh also works FOR Dolphin. Just coincidence, I'm sure...
