Working with Dogfish has been and still is an absolute pleasure. From the first day that we started everyone at Dogfish was enthusiastic about our business and consequently we spot on when identifying our design needs. Through out the entire process they came up with great ideas for our design as well as listening carefully to our needs and demands.
Once the site was up and running it has been very easy to update and improve the site as everyone at Dogfish is as enthusiastic as the first day that we started working together. I can only say that it would never occur to us to work with anyone else but Dogfish.
Dogfish Internet are professional and approachable. Our previous website had been down for some time, and they rapidly assessed the situation and helped us non-techies to understand what was needed. Their quote for a complete redesign and extra functionality for our website was very competitive and the work was delivered on time and to budget. The content management system they designed is user-friendly and means we have a level of independence that we previously lacked. After the initial visit from Dogfish, we spoke on the phone and by email regularly, and always felt in the loop. When extra work was needed, Peter Whitmore was flexible and helpful. In particular, when problems were seen with the original specification, changes to the website were dealt with efficiently. I could approach him with any problem and he would quickly find a solution. The second phase of our new website, including linking to our bespoke product database, is underway. I would not hesitate to recommend Dogfish for their excellent service and design, and look forward to continuing cooperation.
