We were allocated a "head" designer who was always available to talk on the rare ocassion he was otherwise engaged we always had a back up person to talk with, both guys were very knowledgeable across all areas of their field, excellant backup support.
Both guys were very approachable and explained techincal things in "laymans" terms !!
Our opinions were always respected and on the ocassions when our ideas didn't stack up they explained the reasoning very well - we had no complaints at all
The website is a work in progress as we are currently under going a rebranding which the guys are also helping with.
We have already recommended their services to several clients who have been equally impressed
