Reviews
Neuroblastoma is an aggressive childhood cancer and Trustees of the charity wanted a website that was calm, reassuring and that provided clear information to parents who were confronted with a life threatening disease about which they knew nothing. Becky, the Diablo Computers website designer, was considerate and sympathetic to our requirements, offering a number of designs and suggestions, and going so far as to provide a palette of blues from which we could choose the exact shade we wanted for our site.
There was a close working relationship between Becky and the Trustee acting for the charity, leading to a very successful website that has been warmly welcomed by users. Technical elements were explained simply whenever requested and peripheral aspects like switching ISP either dealt with on our behalf or advice clearly given so that it was straightforward for us to do.
The website Becky provided exceeded our expectation; was delivered on time and to budget. Diablo Computers was awarded the contract following competitive quotations and won the business on a clear price advantage. The finished website demonstrates that this company offers the rare combination of high quality and a keen price.
Great communication, and always a quick response to any queries. Diablo listened to what I wanted, but were also able to give me the benefit of their experience in web design. Quick turn round and really pleased with the end result, would definately recommend.
I had a very friendly and helpful relationship which has continued as well. When I asked questions or wanted to know if something could be done, it was always well explained in down-to-earth terms and I have been very happy with the end result. i look forward to using them for many years to come.
Diablo were asked to help us on our existing home grown websites. They were able to deal with alot of the background coding and have helped with promoting all our websites through good practice, optimisation and ad words. Since then Diablo have worked developing our online shopping and payment systems. This work has all been completed on a very tight budget, but very effective. All 4 of Scottlamp's websites have been created, maintained and modified by Diablo. Being a local company they have been quick to help and have advised us what can help to work best.
Diablo is a small company (so you know who you are speaking to) and they are very professional and friendly. They work efficiently and promptly and are very good at explaining things to the level you want; whatever that is. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others (and have done).
The work that Diablo Computers did in setting up our website was very professional from beginning to end. The contact was helpful and informative, but never complicated. I do not particularly wish to understand how something is done, I simply want it to work.
The help they gave us on design was great and it has been very simple to get things added to the website when needed.
This is a 5 Star review. We will always use Diablo for our computing needs.
As I was a complete novice as far as computers Becky completely explained everything in easy language for me to understand. She also made me feel a part of every stage and was always at the end of the phone to explain or help with my ideas for the web site. Her expertise brought what we needed to promote to the fore, with photos and information to show off our business to its best. Our website has brought so much more business than we ever expected which speaks for itself and any updating has been done swiftly and easily with a phone call. The whole package was uncomplicated and Diablo a pleasure to work with. Many thanks Sue
