With both myself and Maeve being designers, we had specific ideas about we wanted the website to look, and Design Facility made it happen! We wanted to expand our business and showcase all the different graphics that we screen-print onto T-shirts, and got in touch with Design Facility because a friend of mine had recommended them to me. They have been very easy to work with from the word go and after a few changes here and there created a website perfect for what I needed it for. The cost was very affordable, and they give me as help as I need whilst I am learning how to update the site myself.
When I decided to launch my own online store, I was unsure of how to budget the website and manage the costs, but after speaking with Kishan and Seetal at Design Facility, they personally made sure I understood every step of the process. Knowing they were available 24.7 gave me the confidence that they would do a fantastic job - and they did! They listed to all of my ideas, and understood how I wanted to present my accessories collections online. I wanted people to see the collection as a whole as well as by individual categories and they came up with this great product filtering system! I am really happy with the way the website looks and works.
I have always had a great relationship with the Design Facility team, and they are always available, whenever I need to update my website. I am always a part of the process, and kept informed on what is going on. The bonus with Design Facility is that they are always open to suggestions of how I believe the website could be improved or tailored to my business requirements.
I am really happy with my website. They were easy to talk to and have the simplest 3 step process to getting your website up and running as quickly as possible. Every small detail was looked after, and if I needed any help with anything including setting up email, they were more than happy to help. Their 24/7 support service is perfect!
