deFreeze is without a doubt one of the most cheerful and enthusiatic companies I've come across.
I came to them very unsure about what I wanted and am now very proud of my site. deFreeze are always ready and willing to give my (perhaps crazy) ideas a go, especially when I say the dreaded words... "could we just try this.." And are always on top of what is going on in the fast world of the web, in turn passing this info - so I look in the know!
My site is a content managed, meaning I have control over what text and images are up there. I am by no means a 'techie' and deFreeze taught me everything I needed to know in a jargon free manner.
